Carb Cycling for a Confused Teenager

for sweets cravings I like to do one of two things:
Greek yogurt with some splenda and berries mixed in. Very low carb really high protein.

Make a “dessert shake”. I won’t mention brands because I can’t remember if that violates forum rules or not, but I like vanilla, caramel, cake flavors with some nutmeg and cinnamon with a lil sugar free chocolate syrup mixed in. You can also just put the powder into a bowl and add tiny bit of water and mix until you get a protein sludge. You can chill that a bit in the freezer to get something a little thicker too. You can get things that are “sweet” without a lot of sugar.

If all else fails measure out some berries, you can generally eat a ton of them without a lot of carbs.

This is a good idea. I usually use some chocolate protein powder, some cinnamon and maybe berries or peanut butter depending on how many calories I’m looking to take in. Seriously tastes like delicious chocolate pudding.
