Carb Cycling Bulking Diet

 Using CT's carb cylcing motto here it is. I'm eating the same things everyday(besides the lower carb day)

breakfest: 5 egg whites 2 oranges
Postworkout - Biotest Surge
lunch : 2 chick breast quarters 2 cups brown rice 4 cups cooked tomatoes
snack: cottage cheese
Snack: low carb protein shake
dinner: 14oz steak 3 cups cooked broccoli
before bed: 1 glass whole milk and 1 serving of natural peanut butter.

3,707 calories
138g fat
266 grams carbs(possibly a little to low)
348g protein

What do you all think? I did my bmr ect btw using Ct’s stuff and 3,700 calories is actually a little over what i should eat according to the equation - i was thinking 4k but that might add a little too much unwanted fat.
