I love to drink milk but I can not get to the level of leaness I want when i consume it. I have been drinking the new milk over my mild bulking cycle, but now I am about to start cutting, so does anyone know if this will hinder my progress like regular milk did or will it only hinder progress a little, since it only has three grams of milk sugar in it per serving?
Check out for possible allergenic reactions.
I havent taken milk or dairy products for a quite a while. I take calcium supplements as
insurance`.
Energy levels have been much higher since and I never get that bloated gut / bloated look anymore.
Sometimes, it`s not only the carbs that make you swell up. Just my 2 cents.

I konw this isnt what you want to hear but you are just going to have to give it a try. Just like the regular milk some ppl can cut with it some cant.
Your thinking on the lowered sugar is a solid one though. Give it a go if you want to keep consuming milk and see how it goes.

juicedup20, I mix up a scoop and a half of LC vanilla Grow and add a pinch of salt and 3 pinches of Sweet Leaf Stevia and an ice cube. I end up with a drink that is the consistency of milk, but that tastes far better. Adding it to cereal makes for a great P+F meal.
I’m one of those people that has problems with milk (and cutting), so I tend to limit its intake.
Hey,
It’s good stuff. Only 3 carbs and you can choose from the 2% fat chocolate, regluar, skim and 2%. There is only a little milk actually in it. It is water, fat free milk, whey protein and cas. protein.
