Carb Control Bars?

I bought a few EAS carb control bars the other day for when I’m at work.

I got them for my low carb days (off days), and I foolishly bought them because I thought the package said 3g carbs total, but it only counts fiber as “impact” carbs. It leaves out sugar alcohols and other stuff like that.

My question is: should I count all the carbs towards my carb intake for the day, or just the fiber?

it shouldnt count the fiber its only counting the sugar, as far as the rest i personally would count the sugar alcohols ive seen what that crap does to insulin levels though they say no impact!! big old skyrocket!!!

actually preferably you wouldnt make them a staple of your diet they pretty much junk, from what i recall loaded with soy and collagen as protein as well
