I don’t mind RDLs. My lower back fatigues so easily, though, that anything after DLs sux.
I plan on alternating RDLs and Rack Pulls week to week.
Had to pass on squatting Monday b/c those RDLs murdered my hammies. They have never ever been that sore before EVER! I couldn’t bend over.

Seeing how they work out. I always used to prescribe push ups and variations into the late phase of shoulder rehabs for athletes. It is a great exercise to improve shoulder stability.
