Capsule or Tablet? Which one would you consider better and why? Just Curious.
Capsule’s are better absorbed but it also raises the price of the product.It really doesn’t matter.
Depends what you are taking and what for. you cant time release a capsule so in some circumstances a tab may be better, however caps are usually more quickly absorbed. Sweet?
