Can't Fully Extend Elbow Post-Surgery

About a year ago i got mrsa in my elbow. I had surgery to go in an clean an remove the mrsa. After surgery my arm was wrapped an held in a 90 degree angle for about 6 weeks. When the bandage was removed i could fully extend my elbow. I did all the stretching and massaging the doctors prescribed but a year later i still cant fully extend it. So my question is, will having my arm in a slight bend while lifting cause any injuries?

Go back to the Dr. and ask them why you don’t have full extension.

i have an they’ve gave me exercises an massages to do and i can get my arm almost completely straight but after about 30 minutes its the same thing

ok im gonna try that today. thanks
