I’d like to start doing some Epsom Salt baths a few time a week, but the problem with this for me is I don’t fit in the bathtub where I live.
I was wondering if anyone had this issue and how it was worked around.

I can see you in a very large garbage bin, filled with water and Epsom salts.
You may laugh but they had the World’s Strongest Man guys in plastic livestock feeding troughs.
I think they’re $75, pretty good if you’re not willing to curl up in a fetal position.
Nah, in fact I was hoping for economical suggestions/solutions that’d allow me to stretch my legs out and let me to submerge myself up to the neck at least.
Were they just doing cold epsom salt baths or was the water heated in some way the the World’s Strongest Man competitors?
Cold. It wasn’t big enough for them to lay out completely in but the guys I saw are huge and troughs come in all shapes and sizes.
I probably would just make your bath work. Getting fully submerged is nice but I don’t think it’s going to make much difference.
so a cold epsom salt bath is still therapeutic?
hmmm…I’m thinking one of those small pools they sell at Costco…
Is this too much to spend?
$760 they have other colors in stock and free shipping. It is a two person in your case one person portable hot tub.
If you connect to the spigot on a laundry tub instead of a hose bib you can adjust the temperature.
So it doesn’t have to be cold.
yeah you can debate cold baths being beneficial back in forth, but I think it depends on the athlete as far as whether they see increased or decreased performance and also I think I saw in the same video cold baths were beneficial used between events (like in strongman or track and field) in hot environments
Guys, guys: all he needs to do is get a bigger tub. Perhaps in a bigger bathroom.
He needs to buy a new house.
facepalm
Duh.
And I’m over here talking hose bibs.
There are lots of new houses right down the street. Nice ones with the big tubs!
