I have two problems. Number one being that after eating 3 eggs I want to throw up not matter how many times I eat them. I cant even force it down because it feels like it will come right back. I have no problem eating large volumes of food…that how I got fat but I cant even get down 3 eggs. So is it because I have issues digesting eggs or something like that?
Problem number two being I am lactose intolerant… even though I like milk, cheese, yogurt ect… I get a stomach ache soon after eating them even when taking lactose pills ( I suffer for pizza! lol)
Any suggestions for getting around these two things.
I sometimes have issues when I try to have a huge glass of milk and 5-6 jumbo eggs with some chili beans.
sometimes have problems with my eggs, I dont really love them that much, I like them but I prefer meat’s texture.
I can do an ass load of dairy though, I did the gallon challenge twice in one day with whole milk.
No big deal.
I even mix whiskey with milk because its a fantastic drink in my book.
Cant help you with the eggs, try cooking them up in an omelet, experiment with different ways to cook them, and different things to add to them like tomatoes.
The milk is easy enough to fix, just buy lactose free milk, or take lactase.
