I started having eggs for breakfast a couple weeks ago, but it’s hard for me to eat more then 3 eggs. Whenever I try, I almost throw up. This is a problem, because I need to be getting a good amount of food/protein in me. It’s hard to describe the feeling, it’s like my body is rejecting more eggs.
And no, I cannot just “tough it out” to anyone who would say that, I have tried. Should I just stick with 3 eggs and have some oatmeal with them for breakfast?
Try cooking them differently, don’t over cook them either. Overcooked eggs for me are very hard to eat, they do the same thing you are talking about to my stomach.
My mom tho I love her can’t cook for shit, when I moved out on my own I started cooking for myself much more often. It dawned on me that she just over cooked everything, going a bit more raw helped with flavor and ease of digestion for many foods not just eggs.
