I am discovering that I can eat a salad from a grocery store salad bar if I coat it in black olives. I am learning taht some black olives are cured in sulfur and such, and I was wondering if this makes black olives bad, and negates the health benefits of the salad?
Since when is sulphur bad?
Eggs are full of it…
Never mind…just looked it up…and it is awful stuff!!
What sulphur does for you…Sulphur is necessary for the production of keratin, a protein that promotes healthy skin and hair. An ingredient of every cell in the body, it’s necessary for proper bone structure, and the proper formation of cartilage and tendons. It also plays an active role in the production of the hormone insulin, which keeps your blood sugar levels balanced.
Does this mean you’re going to start posting again?
Where ya been?
Barney! Long time no see. Oh, uh, not sure about the olives.
