Cane's Log

Sup guys. Making a log to help me focus on beating my numbeers in the gym . Ive been on and off the gym for a while and just recently came back due to having more time. My goal for the next 4 months are to get as big as possible before getting shipped off to the Navy . At the moment im weighing in at 155-156 (5’11-6ft)

My split is as follow

Chest/Light Tricep
Back/Light Biceps
Shoulders/Triceps
Legs/Biceps
rest
repeat

Eating around 210g protein and around 3400 calories .

Here was todays workout-

hest/Triceps

Bench Press

5 x 115
5 x 135
5 x 155-PR?

DB Incline-going to these with a flat bench and 2 plates under the bench next time.

Machine Press 4 x 12

Cable Crossovers- skipped these today.

One Arm Pushdowns -pretty easy going to do 3 sets of 16 reps next week

did a little bit of cardio after . need to build my stamina.
