Candito 6 week results - ran 3x

I feel like everyone here just ignores everything i say.

I took a lot of advice from users here. I’m actually running 5/3/1 right now because of users here, and my legs are sore.

No. I want to gain strength, and i want muscle. Strength is the priority because with strength comes muscle. Many said that here.

I’m concerned about wrong technique, as everyone should. Lifting with bad technique is bad obviously.

I already said i’m going to push my calories.

My main debute here was about how competitors use drugs and users here ignore it.

No. I don’t give a small shit about whom uses drugs. Seriously i don’t care. But i’m not going to compete against lifters whom use drugs. I don’t care about competing anyway.

I took almost everything they said.

Excellent, in that case I’ll bow out of the thread. Keep us all posted with your progress!

(Just in case that reads as sarcastic, it’s not in being sincere).

I don’t see why not. In Powerlifting you can compete in meets that allow AAS and you can compete in meets that test for AAS use.

No good powerlifter that uses AAS would compete against natural lifters. They just have more self respect than to do so. The AAS users that would compete in tested meets are just wannabes. They would be easy to defeat if you are strong enough to earn a place in the meet.

Some actually thrive on competition and some don’t see the value.

I should add that there is a little strategy involved in picking the correct weight and which attempt to doing it.

giphy

Drugs tests AFAIK don’t really work. I’m not a pro in drugs tests but it just doesn’t really catch them.

I actually think many really don’t have self respect.

Like the true competitor that you are.

Here’s a textbook that’s been tutoring lifters for decades

How many good powerlifters do you know?

None. I don’t know any powerlifters. Maybe one but he uses sumo deadlift so he’s not good lol (i mean in real life)

What does that even mean?

What makes powerlifters so special? Assisted/enhanced athletes from top to bottom compete against naturals in all sports.

Because there is an option to compete in either meet

Name another sport that has an open meet and a tested meet for the same sport

Why does that matter and what is that supposed to prove?

All other sports are supposed to be drug free and at all levels there is cheating. Why? To win.

Why would powerlifting be different?

Blaine Sumner and Dan Green have failed drug tests. Was Ed Coan not banned for it?

Give me a good case for an accomplished powerlifter taking AAS for desiring to compete against others who are drug free. What would be the accomplishment? You beat a bunch of honest drug free lifters by cheating, when you could have honorably competed against your peers.

And as there is no good case, your silence is the reason.

Did they have an opportunity to compete in a non tested meet? Was money involved? Where money is involved honor takes a distant second place.

The Powerlifting meets that most all of us would be doing are for trophies, not income.

This thread gives me a migraine

What was the question again?

Something vague about needing advise on getting stronger, but not bigger, but maybe bigger if they can eat enough, focused on power lifting mainly but not to compete because everyone takes drugs, wanting a tutor who is really a trainer, but maybe not right now. Can you help ?

Sponsorships, more people will choose them as coaches, being seen as winners. Same thing that happens in bodybuilding.

Again, you must be joking. It happens ALL THE TIME.

Yes.

What was the purse at the non tested meet?

Did it happen in any of the Powerlifting meets that you competed in?
