ATG highbar: 1x3 @ 120,140,150,160kg
Pause squat 1x3 @ 170kg
Sumo Deadlift: 1x3 @ 160,170,180,200,210kg
Accessory:
close grip pull ups: 1x6,7,8,9,10 @ BW
Pause OHP (paused at sticking point on way up and way down): 1x8 @ 40kg, 3x6 @ 55kg
Cable curls, face pulls, later raises and knee raise giant set.
Notes:
whole workout felt smooth as butter except fucking abs, made me want to vomit. Dafuq!
Still dead lifting beltess, straps felt weird with sumo so used mixed grip

Strict BOR: 1x10 @ 60,70,80kg
Dips: 2x30 @ BW

Not as much rest as I would have liked before a heavy squat session,
so eased up on accessory work.

Same. Dips don’t seem to do shit for my bench.
Depends how you bench probs. Closer grip/more tuck and you’ll get more carryover from full ROM dips. Dunno about 30 rep dips either… maybe strap on a 2kg dumbbell and go from there.

To be honest I’d normally add weight but I just couldn’t be arsed at 12am. Lazy I know, I really don’t care for bench though

Agreed. Fuck bench. Iv just fucked my shoudlers from incline benching (not really from incline benching more so the bar being stupidly unracked) and now probably wont be able to do chest work for a while. Overhead pressing feels good tho. When i return to the gym next week il have to see
