Pause squat: 1x1 @ 140,150,160,170,180,190kg (almost lost it but managed to muscle it up)
Called it after the lackluster performance on squats and went to do some light conditioning

workout didn’t fell great today but was happy to get the main work done without to much of an issue.

Was sick this weekend and getting drunk on Friday night at partners Christmas party didn’t help.
Squats: 20 reps @ 170kg (3-3-3-3-3-3-2)
Accessory:

Cable curls, tricep push downs, lateral raises supertsets.
Notes:
Weights still down, felt surprisingly solid under the bar though.
Today some guy sat on the ground with a foam roller under his knees, a dumbbell in his lap and a band under his armpits, attached to the top of a power rack… needles to say he got stuck there and needed help.
No idea what he was trying to do.
