Pushed to hard last week upper back was tight and stiff as fuck, didn’t ease up till today. Right trap still doesn’t feel 100%.
Had a couple of chats to a PT (Glen) today, “don’t squat in a shirt a shirt thats made of skins material…” that’s okay I dont own any.

Front squats: 5x5 @ 60,70,80,90,100kg (grip started to slip around 3rd rep)

Upper back is still a bit stiff.
Pressing felt pretty good though.
Edit: Fuckkk I’ve cracked the top end of the 86kg range… so much for attempting a recomp.

Currently running a botched 3 finger clean style grip. Might try introducing straps and see if that helps.
