Tuesday work out:
Pause OHP: 3x5 @ 65kg
RDLs: 2x10 @ 160kg

Accessory:
Lateral raises, curls, tricep extensions and face pulls.

Notes:
Things moved alright, I’ve got a dinner Thursday so I’ll try hit a Friday work out.

Squats: 12 @ 140kg
Good mornings: 2x20 @ 60kg
Decline push ups: 2x30 @ BW

Notes:
Was a quick one tonight, just to get some more work in this week.
Works been hectic this week and spent all weekend setting up Christmas lights.
I really need to get back on top of my work outs (3x a week) I don’t think I’m losing anything with current pace but I don’t think really gaining (2x a week)

BOR: 3x20 @ 80kg
Good mornings: 2x15 @ 80kg

Notes:
Little bit of lower body DOMs hanging around but didn’t interfere with the work out.
Even with easing of restrictions on Sunday, gyms still aren’t operating 24/7 yet.
Also @guineapig I think I’ve decided to go with a quick release belt from iron tanks.

Nice nice. I recently swapped to a lever belt. Missed the microadjustability of the pioneer cut prong belt. Pioneer recently came out with a microadjustable lever. It’s coming next week

Was tired after work but things moved alright.
Felt good to get a 3rd work out in for the week though.

Spend the weekend doing Christmas stuff (hanging lights, dropping off trees… ect) for the missus family.
Was absolutely knackered Sunday so moved my work out.
It was a bit stuffy in the garage tonight so

Mid backs still not 100% right, but it’s gotten a lot better.

Fan any good? We got a drum fan in the garage it’s strong-ish. Would take something more powerful or with active cooling.

It’s an evaporative cooler thing. It kinda works but it’s Hella loud

Honestly wasn’t sure if I’d get the last two sets of OHP. Was pretty knackered halfway through.
Decided I haven’t done much sumo work lately so…
Everything moved fine, a little bit of tightness for the session (it’s now Saturday).
Hopefully they ease the restrictions again and allow gyms to be open 24/7 so I can get in a bigger variety of exercises ( chest is looking a bit sad these days)(still haven’t found a suitable dip/pull up tower, a lot of the cheaper ones have a weight rating around 100-120kg)

Mate I am hanging out for this. Gym is open but only manned hours and that’s no good for me. As soon as 24 hours I will go back. The garage is good but I want to max out those gym atmosphere gainzzz
