Tuesday work out:
OHP: 2x5 @ 70kg
10 @ 60kg
Snatch grip DLs: 2x14 @ 140kg

Accessory:
Tricep extensions and face pulls

Notes:
Hit it a bit too hard today, felt a bit queasy after second set of DLs.
Other than that things went pretty well.

Thursday work out:
Tempo squats: 4x4 @ 165kg
OHP: 2x10 @ 60kg

Accessory:
Lateral raises and face pulls.

Notes:
Was a pretty nothing workout.
Feel asleep before hand so wasn’t 100% fresh.
Things moved ok though.

Do you literally think what would be the worst squats to do and pick that one ??

Pause squats: 3 @ 160,170kg
6 @ 180kg
Squats: 2x10 @ 150kg

Accessory:
Face pulls, tricep extensions, lateral raises and plate curls.

Notes:
Todays work out was a weird one, spent most of the day doing a bit of work round dads place.
A bit knackered, warm ups felt pretty ordinary but working sets felt really good.

Notes:
Workout was pretty solid.
Garage got a bit warm though, might need to put a fan out there or something lol

Saturday work out: weight: 88.9kg
Pause squats: 3 @ 165,175,185kg
Squats: 2x10 @ 150kg
BOR: 10 @ 60,80,100kg
14 @ 105kg

Accessory:
Lateral raises, tricep extensions, and curls.

Notes:
Skipped Thursdays work out, had a work function.
Inbetween holes on the belt at the moment, making things a bit less stable

I felt like that the last couple of weeks. Checked and I have lost a little weight. Must be work stress and extra dog walking. I need to up my eating game.

Soo feel off a Ladder At work on Thursday, so I missed that work out.
It wasn’t from very high, so J don’t think there’s too much damage done.
I noticed small amount of weakness in the mid back during squats.when un-racking 180kg or when accelerating to lock out with lighter weight (had to slow down just before reached the top)
All things considered 180kg felt more comfortable than it has in quite a while.

Iron Tanks sell Pioneer cut belts under the Iron tanks brand name. 20% off rn I think. They are very nice I still got mine in the garage but I’m playing with a lever belt these days.

I think they are cheaper from loaded lifting but maybe not with the 20% off at iron tanks. Loaded will probably have a sale too so watch out for both.
