Really wasn’t feeling up for it today but squats moved really well, 180kg felt more like 140kg.
I think it might be more of a mental thing.

So it’s been like 3 to 4 months since I logged anything.
I’ve still been lifting but it’s really been sporadic, had a couple off weeks of then slowly getting back into it.
I’ll try and log this week’s workouts to the best of my memory in a following post.

Not getting to the gym regularly means I’ve got DOMS pretty much every workout.
I’m going to take a couple of weeks and see if I can just get down to the gym regularly and figure out where to go after.
