Monday workout:
Squats: 5x7 @ 152.5kg
NG pull-ups: 3x6 @ BW

Accessory:
Face pulls, lateral raises and curls supersets.

Notes:
Squats felt solid, was empty for a Monday.
Looking forward to the short work week.
Should be more enthusiastic about getting down to the gym with all the extra rest lol

Log press: 5x8 @ 62.5kg
Good mornings: 3x10 @ 90kg

Accessory:
Leg extensions and face pulls

Notes:
Presses felt great.
They now sell C4 in the vending machine incase I need a pick me up


The missus leaves for Europe Saturday so it’ll be me and the dogo for the next 5 weeks.

Notes:
Didn’t get down Friday, it was the last night before the missus heads over to Europe.
Everything moved alright, was a pretty easy one.
The bro squad was out in force today all with matching outfits.
Cars booked in to get the suspension, winch and driving lights Tuesday.
Should be good

Really wasn’t feeling up for it today but squats moved really well, 180kg felt more like 140kg.
I think it might be more of a mental thing.

So it’s been like 3 to 4 months since I logged anything.
I’ve still been lifting but it’s really been sporadic, had a couple off weeks of then slowly getting back into it.
I’ll try and log this week’s workouts to the best of my memory in a following post.
Diet also hasnt been great :disappointed:

Pause squats: 5x3 @ 150kg
Goblet squats: 2x20 @ 35kg

Sunday work out:
Log press: 15 @ 60kg
20 @ 50kg
Snatch grip DL: 15x2 @ 120kg

Cable curls

Notes:
Lifts are starting to feel solid again,
Not getting to the gym regularly means I’ve got DOMS pretty much every workout.
I’m going to take a couple of weeks and see if I can just get down to the gym regularly and figure out where to go after.
