The way I think of it is if the weight is heavy enough than the weight becomes the centre of gravity so where the weight goes is the new balance point

Squats: 2x15 @ 120kg
Pause squats: 1 @ 140,150,160kg
BOR: 10 @ 60,80,100,100kg
Accessory:
Incline chest press machine, face pulls and precher curls.
Notes:
Lifts all went well, was a bit gassed after sets of 15.
Need to work on my weighted chinups now to compete with @guineapig

How about a pretend to be a fat fuck pullup challenge? Add weight to your BW until its 120 kg or something.

Yeah one set lol suprisingly not as bad as high rep squats… Nothing is worse than high rep squats

As I’m finding these days enthusiasm to head to the gym is pretty low but after a few warm ups sets I’m really into it.
Thought I’d also included a physique update as I’ve been pretty slack recently.
