Been a bit tight on time, squats felt solid.
I think just getting used to the volume is going to be my problem.

Really wasn’t interested today, work was a shit show.
The other painter chucked a tanty, even threatened to walk of site.
Lifts were all pretty easy today, there was a small amount of DOMs still in my glutes and hammies.

Notes:
Had a busy Friday so wasn’t able to get down.
Probably should have squatted before rack pulls, bracing was difficult there after.
Everything moved pretty well, had the whole room to myself tonight.

Accessory:
Incline machine chest press, lateral raises, cable curls and face pulls.
Notes:
Lower back still slightly fatigued.
But everything felt pretty good.

So I didn’t make it down for a third time last week.
Everything moved pretty well, have a slight blocked nose so was out of breath a bit more than usual.
So somehow they have managed to lose the rear leaves in my lift kit, they’ve sent out another pair they just happen to have in the warehouse (I’m pretty sure they just didn’t send the damn things originally)
Friday/Saturday workout:

So Ive been slack this week (got to the gym at 1am) We’ve got the ball rolling on the wedding related stuff (I had no idea how expensive Shit can be lol) everything moved pretty well and the longer I lifted the better it felt.
Seeing as I’ve been a bit down on commitment and regularity, I thought I’d take some awkward flex shots lol
