OHP: 20 rep @ 70kg (3-3-3-3-3-3-2, last rep I lost position, ended up close to a pushpress.)
AMRAP @ 45kg (15)
Accessory:
NG Pullups: 2x6 @ 10kg
AMRAP @ BW (15)
Good-mornings: 2x10 @ 60kg (Did these to mainly get a stretch in the glutes and hamstrings which are tight from yesterdays squatting)
Facepull and high to low cable fly superset.
Notes:
Upper back felt pre exhausted from yesterday.
Lower body was still tight from squats.

Do you use an iPhone or Android? Not sure if iPhone have the same functionality but Droids can capture a photo with the use of a hand gesture rather than pressing a button - really helps with the selfies haha
I’ve got a cheap android, which looks pretty much the same as the iPhone7
I think I’ve seen something like this in the camera options. My camera skills may be beyond saving though… Lol
Ha! It’s really easy. Basically just turn the “hand gesture” option on in the capture settings and when you want to take a photo, prop your phone up and hold your palm facing the camera like you’re waving hello. It’ll start a 3-4 second timer and snap the photo.

Running on little sleep (lots of late night Christmas shopping) and just not felling to enthused.

Was out till midnight last night trying to get Christmas shopping done.
Saw someone attempt to fly kick someone in the back today, wasn’t any @Irishman92 only managed to get around knee height.
Followed by some arguing then rounded up there.
Apparently all over $50.
At the shopping centre? That’s an odd place to kick someone. If it works, you cripple whoever you kicked and if it doesn’t… Well I can’t imagine it would hurt much unless you hit a kidney…

Sounds like the shopping centre I work at occasionally. I have already had one junkie try to get through the auto doors at 6:15 this morning. They obviously didn’t open so he turned and asked me when the shops open… I’m like “yeah you’re about 3 hours early…”

Gym was surprisingly busy, was something like 36 degrees Celsius today.
Got pretty damn sweaty, not a great look lol

Friday workout: Went to the gym with the old man tonight.

had really bad doms from the last workout, made squatting much tougher than it should have been.

Went down to Dhoertys in Dandy again .
Only appeared to be the more hardcore lifters there today.
Dip set up was much nicer than normal, chunky grips just made everything feel better.
