You guys are all bitches. Seriously how can not have a tub a ice cream every now and then or a Nice Glass of ice cold Coke. Shit most be boring to eat like you guys you stay away from anything sweet.
I find if I eat greasy food I get the trots, I always know if I’ve made the wrong choice on my cheat meal, the good news is when I’m dieting it’s a good way to shed a few pounds.
It depends on what the shitty food is. Burgers, pizza, ice cream are all fine. If I try to eat any amount of fried food, my intestines scream at me and launch the “food” out in a hurry.

yeah, i’ll agree. my life sure is boring without glasses of sugar water. i guess i’ll spend less of my time staying active, hanging with friends, and screwing my gf. thanks for the advice. i feel more enriched already.

I pretty much lay off milk and wheat altogether now, and I feel better and don’t feel deprived. I’ve yet to get tested for gluten or casein allergies though, but if something is working why change…?[/quote] How well do you digest gluten & casein products?
Basically, my question’s this:
I can pretty much digest all foods containing oat and rye, low-fiber, high-fiber, organic or not, crappy or not…
I feel just fine when I eat them.
I have a difficult time digesting anything containing barley.
Without being tested, does this mean that I’m allergic to barley, and not allergic to oat & rye, or digestion has nothing to do with intolerances and allergies?
Man I must have the iron gut. I can down anything and everything, never have ill effects. Supersize heart attack in a sack no problem GONE. Only thing I notice is I have shit more often because of all the extra crap(pun intended). Right now I am very low carb and if I want I can go get a pizza and down it no problem.
Lucky part is I don’t crave anything other than a nice steak, so part of my diets is always grass fed steaks. That usually takes care of any cravings I have so never have to “cheat” unless I feel my body needs some more carbs.
