I am 16 yars old and i training soccer (about 8 years).
Now i have adductor pain and i training in the gym,before this i have achilles pain :frowning:

t-bar row 4x5 with 30kg

one exercise for triceps and one for biceps 3x8
crunches (different variants)

Today i was on sport doctor and he sayd me to training with this program,with many reps.What do you think for this?With this training can i lose weight,becouse i dont want this?

I think to training with this program 1-2 months,1-2 months with 5x5/3x5/5x3,1-2 months with this program,1-2 months with 5x5/3x5/5x3 … What do you think ?
