Tell me I’m the only one who put that together.
Who gives a fuck an inch in 3 Weeks is impressive reguardless

Dont be simple. 99% of people on this site could take Rich Piana’s steroid regimen for 3 weeks and would not be able to add an inch to their calves in 3 weeks.

i found that training my calves 3 times week, medium to heavy weight (8 to 15 reps, 4 sets per exercise), made a big difference on my calve developement! AWESOME PROGRESS BTW:D
Thanks brother!

You put an inch on your calves in 3 weeks?
You sick, SOB. I mean you walk in that door, on your two jacked calves… all fat and cocky and lookin at me in my chair. And you tell me you added an inch in 3 weeks? I hope that you have a son… A handsome, beautiful, articulate son, who’s talented and a star athlete and he has his legs taken away. I mean I pray you know that pain and that hurt.
The pain is that bad huh? Loved the post btw. You are in the barrel of posters who keep me around here.

Calves have always been a strong point without even training them. Not going to say anything negative towards you as with your comments you have done enough.

No my friend, you are not the only one who has put two and two together, but let me bring it into perspective for you. Bauber is one big dude an inch on that frame is not the same as you or I so keep that in mind. Put aside the AAS issue and stop to think; is there anything I can learn from what Bauber is saying or has done and can I take from it? If you think you can gain an inch on your calves in 3 months on the juice, try it. You may find out its not so easy.
For the record, one inch on my calves in 3 years would be outstanding for me!
mutantcolors wrote:
Okay well, it’s disingenuous to say “Here’s the routine I used to gain an inch: exercises A, B and C.” And that is my entire point.
Just tell the full story in one thread. Obv most people don’t care on this site.
I mean, if they weren’t a factor, why the hell would you even take them?
It is not disingenuous for him to say that. Bauber did A, B, and C and his calves grew an inch. He never said, hey T-Nation if you do A, B, and C your calves will grow an inch in 3 weeks as well.
Bauber started the thread asking for advice. Got advice from natural and assisted lifters. Followed the advice. Got results. End of story.
If it weren’t for some random late night browsing to waste ten minutes I never would have seen whatever post it was where he laid it out there. And without that, I probably would have had the impression that he used A B C to add an inch in three weeks.
Whatever. I opened the unending can of worms on T Nation. My mistake. Enjoy the rest of your thread.

People asked, he delivered a list.
A B C.
He left out D. Pretty important.
I thought D was a given. I was also cruising at the time and not even blasting gear wise. I’ve never hidden or beat around the proverbial bush when it comes to my gear use. I just didn’t assume I needed to mention and lay it out in every thread. I wasn’t doing anything unusual or in excessive amounts during the gain.

Seems you are a bit delusional about how much AAS help. They are not magic.

Maybe if you made this your avi poor mutant wouldn’t feel so mislead and all his hopes and dreams of what’s possible naturally wouldn’t be dashed.

Is that a 30 mls push through a 1 inch 16g needle? Ah, I still couldn’t hit the curve.

Don’t you put that evil on me!
Wanted to add heavy sled pushes focusing on pushing through your calves. Not sure how you could mimic this if you don’t have access to a sled though. Maybe a wheelbarrow? Either way, calf pump was nuts.

You could pump me full of HGH, testosterone, tigers blood, and the tears of Chuck Norris and I couldn’t hit a 85 mph fastball. Baseball is not my game and the ability of guys like Cabrera or Trout amazes me.

LOL, you and me both. Fuck even swinging a baseball bat at this point is rather painful and uncomfortable to me.
