I noticed in the MWA forum that the calories allowed for woemn are slightly higher than for men.
x.52 and .65 nonlift/lift days vs .5 and .6 for men.
Why the difference? To be honest, I have a realativelty big appetite and if I can get that extra 150 cal a day, for my wiehgt, I’m gonna tke them.
At a BW of 213, my training day (HIGH CAL DAY) cals would be 1830 vs 1983 if I followed the women’s guide.
THoughts?
