Velocity Diet Calories Per Meal?

Hey guys, I’m thinking about doing the V-Diet, but had a few questions. I’ve read a couple articles about it, but I can’t seem to necessarily find one thing that says have this this and this. I read the following main article:

Here’s my take.

My minimum caloric intake would be:
(10.2 x 190 + 879) x .50 = 1,408.5

Max:
(10.2 x 190 + 879) x .50 = 1,690.2

So my question is, how do I split this up? I can easily divide 1690 by 5, and then figure it out in terms of Metabolic Drive protein shakes. But what about the other stuff, like flax seeds and salmon caps? I’ve never taken these things, and have no idea where to get them, or which brands are reliable. Any help here would be wonderful. Thanks.

Did you read Dan John’s V-Diet article yet? They had good tips in that too.

2 scoops of Metabolic Drive has about 200 calories, so even if you hit 6 shakes a day that’s 1,200 calories. I don’t remember exactly but I think the calories in the flax cancel themselves out because they’re pretty much all fiber. But look at the label of the brand you get.

I don’t know what salmon caps you’re using, but Flameout has about 12 calories per pill, so even 12 Flameout a day will get you almost another 150 calories. That all comes up to about 1,350 on non-training days. Add about 320 for Surge on your training days and you’ve got the numbers you need.
