Hey guys, I’m thinking about doing the V-Diet, but had a few questions. I’ve read a couple articles about it, but I can’t seem to necessarily find one thing that says have this this and this. I read the following main article:

Here’s my take.
My minimum caloric intake would be:
(10.2 x 190 + 879) x .50 = 1,408.5
Max:
(10.2 x 190 + 879) x .50 = 1,690.2
So my question is, how do I split this up? I can easily divide 1690 by 5, and then figure it out in terms of Metabolic Drive protein shakes. But what about the other stuff, like flax seeds and salmon caps? I’ve never taken these things, and have no idea where to get them, or which brands are reliable. Any help here would be wonderful. Thanks.
