Calorie Surplus on Gear for Max Gains?

Anyone know how many calorie surplus on gear for maximum gains while keeping the bf% low?

As a start i usually bump my cals by 500 if Im trying to bulk. Then if I feel good ill bumb another 500. Everyone is different though you just gotta find what works.

macros also play a part i add more carbs generally cuz depending on the gear glycogen retention increases so u can make more use of carbs without them storing as fat

looks like ill do between 500-1000 cal over maintainance when i get back on the gear probably 1000 cos i enjoy gear lol get to pile on the kilos’s/size

Funny enough I dont bump my cals when I start a cycle. I usually prefer the “wait and adjust” approach.
