I love Fitday. I have been logging everything I eat in there and it has helped me stay really consistent on my diet. I use a 33/33/33 macronutrient split for carbs, protein, and fat and it helps me by calculating the percentages through the day for me and keeps totaling things as I go along. It’s been a great tool.
