Calorie Boosting Ideas?

1.) Make a bag of trail mix (nuts, dried fruit, jerky, M&M’s, ect) and make a point to munch on it all day. If you make, say, a 1000 calorie bag and be sure to finish it every day, you’re in good shape.

That’s it for now.
I really like this idea, throwing together a bag of cashew nuts and beef jerky to snack on at any time can easily increase someone’s daily intake by 1000 kcal.

Imagine a bag of 100g of cashews and 100g beef jerky. You’ll get:

942 kcal
51g protein
40g carbs
69g fat

Any skinny kid who has trouble downing large meals should incorporate this feeding idea into their daily routine.

I meant coconut milk, oops  I’ll let you know how my progress goes, I hope to gain maybe 10 pounds in the 7 or so weeks I have before I go away for a week… maybe more coming off the back of being ill and such, assuming I get better very soon. I’m going to take some scales to Uni and make sure its moving week to week, no excuses. If I can succesfully gain at around a pound a week or above, I think it’ll give me good momentum and motivation to carry that that on over Christmas and into the New Year, it’s just about getting the ball rolling again for me I think.

I am also a university student with a very high metabolism. I hadn’t gained any weight in the past 4 years until I put a really serious effort into it.

I have a big plate of pasta every day. And I mix it with a ton of cheese that I grate, plus about 1/2 a cup of canola oil. This sounds (and looks) disgusting, but is actually very tasty. And has allowed me to gain 10 pounds in the last month.

Cover your Pizza in olive oil, Dave Tate style. Seriously, I’ve been doing this lately and I’m not gaining fat but my weight is finally going up again. Fucking love it.

Do you practically go into a coma after consumption?
Nah, mostly I just sit around in pain. It works though.

I’m sure I must be making progress, if only because of the bigass steak every night i’ve started having… still don’t have a weighing scale though so it’s hard to judge. I’m definitely much much closer to hitting what I need, even if i havn’t quite got it dead on yet.
