just started a log about a month ago here as it is
What are you trying to prove. This thread was made because the under 25 crowd was considered weak. How about you guys wait until you’re strong until you post stats. Otherwise you’re just proving the subject matter of this thread.
Wanna define “strong” for all us weak guys?
If you don’t know what strong when here somones numbers than I feel sorry for you.
Apologies for being a douche. I have a head ache, allergies and I’m hungry. I did lift today and my I hit PRs but I’m still cranky. Anyways I guess I just hit my breaking point on this site. I haven’t posted much because I’ve been dong that kind of stuff elsewhere. The idiocracy just annoys me. Anyways the point is, there is no logcal point in posting low numbers. It’ll be much better to post up something semi impressive and then get some praise. The only apology I give out is bashing the guys who posted stats, although I still stand strongly by my opinions. Everyone else who chimed in @ lol at how I can get under your skin over the net. [/quote]
Yo, check it, the term “strong” is relative. It’s like someone who can bench 585 lbs calling someone weak because they can only bench 405 lbs. What’s more important is how an individual has progressed in strength/size gains over time not how they match up to austin_bicep. I was curious to see what YOU believe is strong, since you obviously have some pretty high standards. And I find it funny that you “lol” at how you can “get under peoples skin” over the net when in the same paragraph you mention that you “hit your breaking point on this site.” You sure someone didn’t get under your skin on the net, lol?
Honestly, I won’t deny that I respect your strength/physique and what you have achieved but learn some damn humility and stop putting down the achievements of others (mainly referring to raw meat).
I already apologized dude and I hope to just leave it at that. It wasn’t raw meat per say that I was putting down it was the people who post numbers after lifting for a month. My point is intentions are good but how about we only post if a) we have some decent numbers or b) we have made progress. I was talking to the people that did netiher.
And to clarify I’m talking substantial progress here because I could post in here every week about some sort of progress I made but it won’t be impressive unless it’s 50 pounds plus added to a particular lift.
People that are just starting out, eat big, lift hard and come back in 6 months to a year and show us what you got.
Austin you might want to stop and read Mikes profile…then put the peices together and realize what he is actually doing here. Or you can continue this is fucking hilarious!
totally agree with Austin on this one, there are way too many people come up on this site post their pics then disapear - strong is benching/close grip over 330lbs for reps, shoulder pressing over 225lbs for reps, squatting over 400 for reps, and rack pulling over 600lbs for reps
when I reach these they will no longer seem strong 40lbs heavier will seem strong
Go back to BB.com Josh! I can see you’re a supporter! We don’t like your kind here! You and your impressive numbers and massive wide as a fucking barn door back can leave!

Just came back from the gym. Deadlifted 200kg for 5 reps, so that’s a total of +20kg+2 reps for this summer. I also shoulder pressed 70kg*5, so my shoulder press is up 20kg, albeit at three reps less.
Earlier I’d mentioned I’ve added 25kg to my squat in the past months, bringing it to 180kg.
im 19 yeears old and competed at 17, taking first place in juvenile, juniors and bantam weight in the provincial competition (quebec). this year, at 19, hoping to compete at nationals at a much heavier weight and improved physique.
Age:19
Height: 5,5 1/2"
Off-Season weight: right now 172, hoping to get to 180 before i diet down for the show
Body Fat: under 10% (in off-season as well)
Max lifts:
Bench: 335 x 5 reps
Squat: 405 x 6 reps
Dealift: 405 x 5 reps
In my opinion pretty strong in most movements for my age (yes i know im short and compact, ahah)
Ill post some pics of right before i start dieting (which is mid december 09) all the way till the show which is in the first week of April)
I also work in a gym, and i do have to admit thats most of these young guys are fucking pathetic noobs that take up space (but hey its good business) even though it drives me fucking nuts.
There are also a bunch of good bodybuilders from quebec who are under the age of 25.
For example Antoine Vaillant, u can check him out.
