Hey guys, I’ve dieted down now from about 190 to 160 following a t-dawg/massive eating style diet along with the first two phases of Ian Kings 12 Weeks to SS and Limping. (I had no idea how fat I really was!). My strength is up so I don’t think I lost much muscle, but I feel really skinny, and people are telling me my face looks sunken. I can’t deal with it anymore. I’m still not completely leaned out, but I’m going to try out a skinny bastard style diet along with german volume training 2000 to put on some weight again. I have no problem at all eating 6000-7000 cals a day, but it’s kind of hard to keep a massive eating style (P&F, P&C meals) diet all the time. Is it not a good idea to go over the recommended cals (by like 1500-2000 cals)? I can keep it clean, … I don’t need the cookies & candy Cy talks about, but I sure as hell don’t want to get TOO fat. My carbs will come from oats, wheat pasta & bread, swt potatoes, fruit & veggies, etc., I also have a coupla cups of Special K in the morning. I was only going to do this for a month, and then clean it up again and burn off the excess fat. I’m just curious if any of you former-skinny bastards ever bulked up with an insane amount of calories, not just like a 1000 over maintenance. How’d you come out?
