At what level do you compete (high school, college, semi-pro, pro, adult amateur)? highschool

Where do you train (e.g. housewife gym, or athlete-specific facility)? my basment

Where do you live? Marylan 10 minuts away fom UMD

Sport: powerlifting and bench only

Gym: house mom (sister is a trainer there so i get in free)

Lifts: 530 bench @285 (almost bench america worthy)
610 squat @280
475 dead @285 (weak i know but as much as i try i havn’t yet been able to get my dead up over 500+. small hands, weak back combo of both i don’t know

I weight train at a gym near my house. All free weights stuff. I also wrestle during high school season at the high school, then I train with a wrestling club in freestyle and greco-roman during folkstyle offseason.

I specifically need help bulking, I’m trying to move up to the next weight class (189) I now weigh 177.

Another wrestler, awesome. How big is Crestwood? 3A, 2A??? I’m from Hillcrest, and we wrestled a lot of people from around columbia, but I don’t remember any Crestwood.

I’m 23 weigh 285 and i just got done playing college football at Northwestern OK ST. I still train in the university weight room, and in the local high school weight room in the summer. I bench 470 and I just started squatting and cleaning again because of knee surgery, but I’m squatting 315 for sets of 8 and cleaning 335 for sets of 3.
