What I’ve learned from this thread:
You can’t train in summer because sweat and stuff.
You can’t train in winter in case Sinnita pops out of the woodwork and starts singing Macho man.

Works for me, next time I squat I’ll do an extended set at 325 and share it (the bar is 55, and I"m not doing partial plates lol).
You don’t have to leave T Nation if you lose though.

I find it bloody funny about him going on about the good old days of T nation in the past. Been here just as long as him. Most of the roasting was being done was by a bunch of nut hungers who were keyboard lifters or short timers. Only after one of the more established members took the lead in most cases. Whats up with the side show comment? Fucker hasn’t been active on the training part of this site for 5 years and even before that it wasn’t that much.
