I just finished ABBH and now I am doing ABBH II, and I have a slight problem.
How do I calculate 15 rep max? Is there a formula or onlina calculator that figures out different rep maxes based on one rep max?
The following was posted by Waterbury in a reply to his SOB article:
18RM = 60-65% of 1RM
24RM = 55-60% of 1RM
34RM = 35-40% of 1RM
50RM = 25-30% of 1RM
It should give you an idea of where to start.
