Calcium D Glucarate and ZMA

I know you should avoid taking calcium with ZMA as it inhibits absorbtion.

Was curious to know if this applies to Calcium D Glucarate as well.

Honestly, you’re going to be hard pressed to find any answers relating to Calcium D Glucarate on this forum, I’ve tried before too. You could ask Cy Wilson if you wanted a definite answer, but I usually take my Calcium D Glucarate in the morning, and take the ZMA later in the day which is a simple solution.

Thanks. Im curious to know. Bump again for Cy, I’ll just keep bumping this thread every day  I take all my supps at night at all once, trying to keep it that way for convience sake.

What brand of Calcium D Glucarate do you take?

LOL, i took this one http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00013Z1I2/103-7650897-3168638

Yeah, I know it says especially made for woman- but it’s cheap

Raising up this thread again, I’ve got some SAN Estrodex, sort of like the old M, was wondering what dosing people would reccomend? I’m mainly using it for the D-Glucarate - has 100mg per cap. Thanks for any help…

EDIT: Found an old post of Cy Willson’s suggesting 1500mg of d-glucarate per day, from food + sups. Does anyone have any information about how much is in broccoli, cauliflower, etc? Further does anyone in Australia know where to get their hands on some plain d-gluc - stacks in the states and I can’t find any stand alone stuff in Aus, shipping 1 bottle for 30 USD is a bit ridiculous too. Thanks again.

Given that 500mg of Calcium d-glucarate only contains 63mg of elemental Ca+, I really don’t think think there’s much cause for concern. The 17 or so feet of intestine that most folks have can absorb all said products with time. Just take them a couple of hours apart if you’re worried.
