Calcium and Meat

I was watching a show on TV where one doctor said that when you eat meat(especially red meat)
you should drink one glass of yogurt or milk because the body takes calcium from the bones to digest meat…I eat meat every day and my bones are cracking all the time so should I drink milk or yogurt after every meal whick contains meat or should I just take calcium pill???

one more question… could ZMA help with gyno(I have just a little bit)

Sure, if you eat lots of protein, it can cause a tiny bit of calcium to leech out of the bones; about the amount found in a tablespoon of milk.

So yes, make sure there’s some calcium in your diet. But what do you mean that your bones crack all the time? Do they literally break, or are you talking about the sounds that routinely come from joints?

And yes, zinc is a good anti-aromatase and can possibly help with gyno – take 4 to 5 capsules of ZMA a day.
