Bye Bye Beer Belly

Kinda like breaking up with a girl you have been dating for a long time but it must be done…

So…I was a little delayed on that first post…I have been working out just neglected this new thread I started.

Today was a off day…made it to the gym though because I was bored.

Warm up I ran a half mile while waiting for a spot to open up at the squat rack.

Did complexes 3 sets with 95 lbs

Romanian Deadlift
Bent Over Rows
Hang Clean
Front Squat
Push Press
Good Mornings
And Back Squats

7x7 for time didnt take my notebook in today but generally I would finish about mid-way through one song on my ipod so I am guessing around a 1:30

Then did some pretty light core stuff just to get a pretty good burn and 50 pull-ups(5 sets)

Got legs tomorrow prolly going to be pretty light because I kinda tweaked something in the middle of my back last week doing squats want to make sure everything is good with that…didn’t really have a problem with that today but with a heavier load who knows.

Today was a pretty light leg day. Had a pretty solid cardio session while waiting for my lifting partner ran a 8 min mile then I jogged for about 40 mins before he got there. As far as the lifting goes.

Squats: 10 x 135, 7 x 205, 7 x 255, 7 x 295, 5 x 315, 20 x 225 (proll should have went a little heavier here)

St Leg Deadlifts: 12 x 135, 12 x 205, 10 x 225

Glute Ham Raises: 3 x 10

That was all for today, we usually do leg curls and some form of lunges but my legs were pretty tired from the running and he had ju-jitsu so we called it a lil’ early today.

Back felt awesome btw, got a little tight on my squat set @ 315. But, other than that everything was great.

DB Bench: 10x75, 7x80, 5x95, 5x110 (got assistance on last two)

Hammer Machine Incline: 10x180, 10x230, 10x180

Dips: 25x2 (was gonna superset with flys but had some people talking so only did it on the last two sets)

1: Flies (machine): 12x145 2: 15 dips (2 sets)

Hammer Machine Decline: 10x180 (3 sets)

Tri-Ext w/ rope: 25x65 20x65

work out sucked tonight…

kinda salvaged at the end but it was so bad I don’t want to post anything

Weird day…

Felt good…played basketball

Felt like shit after basketball

Felt worse before I lifted…

Felt great when I started lifting

Ended up being a good workout…will post tomorrow left my notebook in the car just wanted to share
