anyone know of any good places in melbourne that I could buy a good quality belt for lifting, I use one as insurance when I deadlift and sometimes squat(when my lower back is tired). I would get one off the internet however with this kind of thing i believe it would be best to go into a store and try it at the store too see how it feels etc as belts too me seem to be more personal preference
