why the irrigation?

N~ to make the hay and crops grow. We normally dont have a ton of rain and need to irrigate to get the water on the crops. I start cutting hay and crops in about a month and need to get ready for that.

Honestly, after all the physical work you do with ranching its amazing to me that you have any energy to train! Whereas, I sit at a desk all day and STILL sometimes try and use the “I’m too tired” excuse.

I am aching to bust out the mtn bike, I am planning on going for a ride on Saturday. Also I am thinking and wanting to upgrade to a new bike. Maybe soon

Good luck getting the hay and crops to grow.

Have fun on the mtn bike. What kind are you thinking about upgrading to…? I have an old Specialized MMX team bike, love it!

And how were the hot springs?

I have a hardtail Specialized Mtn Bike, which i LOVE LOVE LOVE but I want to get this one next -

Coyote ~ OH how I wish I was enjoying, enjoying how?? By working in the nice beautful sunshine or working in the nice drizzling rain.?? I am hoping after next week to have a bit more time to chill out, take some bike rides, lounge in the front yard and watch the hay grow.

Friday was a messed up day kind of. Drove my best fried 2hrs to see her family, cause her grandpa died yesterday. Got back to he house late and still needed to drive another hour to get home. I crashed at her house, but still hadn’t trained yet.
Off to the gym at 1100 o’clock at night. Which is a great time to train btw. Surprisingly there were 4 other people there. It went something like this thou…

Cal, thanks but i think it is probably more being stubborn than tough… Also it is the principal of the matter, I said I would train on Friday come hell or high water - so I had to go and train, I said I would. Thanks!

Lifting at 11pm?!??! You’re nuts. I can’t lift after 6pm or it makes me feel terrible, I don’t know why.

Well it was a matter of principal for me… But I didn’t feel bad about it or anything like that. My schedule was a bit screwed up for a bit though!

I did upright rows for the first time in awhile today. I think the verdict is out on that move, but it didn’t feel bad and I got a wicked pump! :smiley:

MiM - I do agree with ya on the upright row, I am still undecided. I did em a bit to light but they were part of a circuit so I didn’t want to get to heavy with em. :smiley:
