Oh heck YES!
Can’t wait to have our own house/land to do cool stuff like that!
Nice! Your training is awesome! But even more awesome is that you built your own pull-up bar. You put us city slickers to shame…lol!
Great work in here!
11/19 workout (deloading)
mobility stuff (shoulders, internal rotation kind of thing)
3set of 25 diamond pushups
3 sets of 23 lying leg raises
Okay good workout to keep things moving and fluid.
Love the pull-up bar. Bet those are fun to do during a Montana winter?!
BTW- I can’t get through one of your posts w/out my eyes being drawn to your avi. Such a sweet looking back.

x2!
I want to hunt and build and have a kick ass home garage now. Maybe I can convince the husband for a switch of lifestyle?
I’m totally impressed with your diamond pushups. Those are killer.
Your pic in the other thread made me so hungry. I went on a land hunt in Idaho, Montana and Georgia this summer but didn’t buy. Man I miss the country. You’re so lucky!
Printe- yea during a MT Winter you need gloves before you grab hold of that bar or your skin will freeze to it
Thanks
N- Lifestyle change is well worth it if you are inclined that way already. I like being mostly self sufficient.
Nadia-- Yea I really like diamond pushups, along way down my goal list is to do a handstand diamond pushup.
Bobbi-- I just got my elk back from the butcher and got my freezer partly filled. I am gonna bust into some Elk tenderloin tomorrow I think
is this helping your hunger.
pullups with gloves- those have got to be a killer on your grip.
Elk tenderloin drools please tell me how you cook it! I get excited over a good recipe.
I am jealous of anyone with a freezer. I live in a tiny flat in London and only have room for a small fridge with an ice box. I can get two small packets of mince beef in there, and that’s it. Or three tubs of Haagen Dazs.

Well with the tenderloin I either toss it in a cask iron skillet or BBQ, I dont ever put any stuff on the tenderloin stuff.
Um but I do have a BBQ Sauce that I will make up to marinade my steaks in sometimes.
Tomato paste (1 can)
garlic cloves (however much you like)
1/2 onion (thinly sliced)
some water
salt beef stock
2 tsp dijon mustard
2 tsp applecidar vinegar
1 tsp olive oil
Basically toss it all in a skillet get it to boil, let simmer for 20-30 minutes. Then you take the steak and let it marinade for however long you want. Cook meat and enjoy!!!
2 TBSP chili powder
Now I have to covet your dips AND your pullups. Oh, and the pushups too. Damn.
never tried doing my own BBQ sauce. Thanks for the tip!

Rar. Screw you and your elk. There’s something so…wealthy feeling…about opening a chest freezer to see it stacked with meat. Just makes ya smile. I have a buddy in Alaska who wants me to come hunting…snow fort snow fort ![]()

It has turned off cold around my area. Yesterday we were at -8F, later in the week it supposed to be brutally cold with wind chill. So yea fun for me, I know you are all so jealous. Well you all can just suck it, cause I am just stuck with it!
^Why don’t you just wrap yourself up in one of those bear skins that are hanging in your barn? LOL!
Ah and now I have something to taunt you! Let me go out and bask in this lovely 60s and sunny San Diego weather. Would you like me to mail you some sand? ![]()
prescription for winter: warm fire place, woolen blanket, good company and a nice glace of cognac on the rocks.
take that San Diego sand! lol.
I wish my deload can have 10 pull ups in it… that’s more of a PR though ![]()
