yesterdays training during the lunch hour…went like this, it was a quick, focused, kind of hurried session. Oh & my legs are telling me about it today.

For being a quick session it left me sweating and gasping, almost begging to be done! IT was great. My pistols were pretty solid and glad that I still seem to have the ability to do them whenever I feel like it. The lunges were pretty good too, but at 70lbs it was hard to get thru but I nutted up and got it done with a smile on my face.
I throw up a video next time I do lunges. These were rev. lunges from a cinder block. I almost made a vid yesterday but my phone was in the house… sorry bout that.

okay so I tried to widen my grip by about an inch on each side, felt a bit uncomfortably wide. See how I feel come tomorrow. I am def. weaker than last week but this is due to the long days of work, being sick & since I am sick lacking the nutrition. Yea anyway other stuff

Pretty crammed and hurried workout really. But it was good, I was sweating in a pretty good pool of sweat by the end of it Yipee! Tomorrow is a running day & I am also getting to the end of my EMT course (well the first 1/2 of it anyhow) so I am practicing for testing and stuff. Getting a wee bit nervous about that. Trying also to get things ready for all the spring work that needs to be done and the winter work I am trying to finish still - yea I know but I am still doing winter work from 2 winters ago - LOL… ANyhow guess i am trying to say that I am busy.
MiM~ thanks honey. I just kind of have to force things around a bit to make it work. You can do anything for a little while, when you have too! On the home stretch now though.
Took yesterday cause my next 4 days will be really crazy and there will be no rest in my days! So i just lounged and hung out a bit. It was kind of nice, but not something that I could do all the time.

I pulled one way and then pushed it back. I should have had more weight on the sled but I was already into it, I didn’t want to stop to get more weight. I just moved quicker and faster and went harder. The workout was good. The ghr’s are coming along pretty nicely. I get a cramp in my left calf when doing it sometimes, guess it is just the amount of exertion and angle of my foot that makes it happen.
My plan is to add anther rep to my dips every week til I get to be able to do 15 for 3 sets. Okay off for the busy weekend!
