totally different with a mask on the face, makes it a bit more intense for sure. Need to start using my fire gear more in my training, because it is awkward to work and it is hard - I used to do it quite a bit need to start back up again. THis was kind of fun and it was a challenge so I enjoyed this ![]()

that calf is sooooooo cuuuuute. what kinda cows are they? i’m used to dairy farming cows but sounds like you got beef cows.

LOL, Thanks Alexus ~ I think. I raise black angus beef cattle. I dont have any neighbors per se, my uncle lives a mile up the road & my dad has a house on the property also. So they are my “neighbors” and they are used to me ![]()
There is enormous bad-assery in here worthy of much respect. But yet, I’m a real soft touch for the calf pictures too.
Great training in here, motivating me to do front lunges with that kind of weight.
I’m happy that the calf is doing well.

Mim – FS are another exercise I had to SHOVE down my throat to get were I could tolerate them, now I love them so persistance is the one of the keys with making oneself like something. SO that is my plan with the lunges - do em til I love…
