I’m sure no one feels inferior when they look at the current state of Neo-Con America.

Ooooo, Neo-Cons! Those are like Destructi-Cons, right? But republican and ostensibly conservative, yet secretly proto-fascist ex-liberal totalitarians? So cool! I think I’m going to use that word to describe EVERYone who has a policy I don’t like. Yay!

Dude, this is a “war” on porn. This is not only a policy I don’t like, but it would appear to be the start of a trend of pandering to the Christian republicans. I personally think that is seriously wrong as far as running government. You apparently want to spend time worrying about which labels make the act sound the best.
Porn? Why don’t we just castrate all men in America and get it over with?

You know, I was thinking the exact same thing til I realized they also have to go thru the gay porn.

yet nobody realizes that regular pr0n is half gay.
Granted, this is stupid, but some of you love to pull out the “neo-con” card as if the Left doesnt pull the same type of crap. Big government is big government regardless of whether or not it happens to be screwing with something you personally dont have a problem with. Is Bush pandering to his base? Hell yes (dont all politicians?)! Is this the governments business? Hell no! Those are valid criticisms but I wonder how many of you would complain so much if a politician you agreed with was fucking with something you could give two shits about…
Let me give an example (its not the best comparison for obvious reasons but it will do). Here in California we have a democratic legislature that INSISTS on giving drivers licenses to illegal aliens. No matter how many times it is shot down, they keep trying. Im all for a liberal border policy but who in their right mind would advocate handing out official ID’s to an undocumented immigrant in the wake of 9/11? Now I dont know about you guys, but in this instance, their pandering may end up hurting this country far more than Bush’s 8 anti-porn agents.
I dont want the Rainbow Coalition influencing my government anymore than I do the Chrstian Coalition. Neither party believes in limited gov’t anymore (if they ever did) and both pander to their respective bases to the detriment of our political and economic freedom (and in my opinion, you cant have one without the other). “Neo-cons” are no worse than their “liberal” counterparts (on a side note, I hate the way those two terms are used…both are misnomers IMO.)

Oh, I agree.
I suppose I could’ve contributed another cheerleader post to express how I, too, care for my freedom to watch all sort of hoohah gymnastics, but I think that’s pretty much given. Instead, I chose to follow in the footsteps of the scholarly, quasi-philosophic tradition: quibbling over minutiae and making small points seem large when the overarching problem has already been addressed well by others. I still think “neo-con” is stupid, though.

You’re right, we’re done for. After all, look at the tremendous success on the War on Drugs, the War on Poverty, and the War on Terror! Those things are smithereens now, just like all of our testicles surely will be, soon.

Actually Detructi-cons were several Decepti-cons that were construction type vehicles which assembled into one giant Transformer. I can’t remember it’s name though.

They’ve been hacking away at our nuts for years now. This gives them legal power to do so which makes it worse. Just try wearing a “testosterone” tee-shirt NOW. Like drugs, should I only use my nuts on the black market? Should I hide my nuts when stopped by the police?
Like poverty, should I pretend my nuts don’t exist or drive really fast past my nuts when I see them in public? Like terror, should I make America afraid of my nuts so that they ban all nuts altogether and take away my right to pee standing up? Huh!? Is that what you want?
Son, I don’t think you take this seriously enough!
