Been a hell of a summer.

Had some family issues to deal with, lost 4 friends (1 cancer, 1 car accident and 2 heart attacks) in a 4 week period.

Had 2 weddings and an engagement party.

G20 bullshit… plus a full investigative case load.

Bought a Harley… 2006 Heritage Softail Classic. Love it. Did a lot of riding (therapy) this summer…

Was in the gym a couple of times mucking around… but now I am 1 year out from the 2011 World Police and Firefighter Games in New York… so gotta get my shit together.

Basically starting from the beginning again… I gues 5/3/1 is as good a starting point as any. Will post my last couple of training sessions when I get the time.

SEPTEMBER 25TH

FUN DAY

Went over to buddys place… dragged a sled around with a couple hundred pounds, flipped tires, did these circuits with these freaking huge ropes, threw some atlas stones around… definitely feeling it today.

Good bunch of guys too… MMA guys, arm wrestlers, firemen competitors, strong man competitors, and some crazy old guys… like me :slight_smile:

Glad to see you’re back and at it again. Numbers are still look going. A little time off may have been good for you. Now, set some records.
