Not smoking is going ok… a little anxiety going on, but to be expected. I do find I am hungry and thirsty constantly, which is ok as long as I am watching what I am stuffing in my face.
A little (surprisingly) sore from the complexes yesterday… interesting…
Jury is out on the 5/3/1 right now, gonna wait and do at least 3-4 waves and see what happens. Weird not going balls to the wall heavy constantly… screwing with me psychologically I think.

Going in today though… may have to start bringing stuff to work again to train there when required.

Now your getting it. The whole premise of the southern drawl, you make eac syllable last 6 seconds, and streach a single syllable word into a 2 or 3 syllable word.

I love you like a brother man. My left shoulder is giving me all kinds of trouble. I been doing the YTWL and rotator cuff exercises. I can’t even bench any more. Talk to JWilly about it.

Took some anti- inflammatories yesterday, helped a bit, but those things kill my stomach.
Gonna try some ehab stuff I ewas doing after surgery, hopefully it helps. As long as I did not tear something or rip one of the screws/ wires outta my shoulder I should be ok…
