So, I’m gunna test out Bulletproof coffee. I read into it a little bit and saw stuff about grass-fed butter (the anti-corn fed, inflammatory thing) and some stuff about coconut oil. What’s so special about coconut oil? I looked and saw that it wasn’t omega 3 or anything indicating the Flameout proportions for men. And I guess their special sauce (“Brain Octane Oil”) is a hyper-processed coconut oil. Is it bulletproof or bullshit? I’ll post results but I can’t promise that they won’t be placebo.

It may just send your blood lipids through the roof if you don’t have comparative blood work done you’d never know…
