Looking big and strong!

But you just happened to take some pics, on what just happened to be curl day?

Total Coincidence!?

LOL actual yes believe it or not !.. Because Dakota had his little brother use the Ipod to record a PR attempt on strict OHP for him. 185 x 3 …his pressing is slowly going up yippy. What can I say I had a wild hair and wanted a idea what I was actually was looking like. I looked better (not saying allot)than I thought so decided what the hell and posted them… What Sucks is im starting to morph into what I hate… where my strength is in the crapper and I look stronger than I am…DAMN IT!!!

Haha! Stay hungry! Who ever said, “I’m strong enough”?

True …

Some of us just learn to live with it :)…Really, strong pictures though, reminds me of a Dave Tate pic you see on here, and Elite ads and stuff. I bet you know the pic I mean.

Im a stubborn jackass who will still fight the notion… :anguished:

Yeah I think I know what you mean… someone else mentioned Tate in another thread. The back pic surprised me I hadn’t realized it has thicken that much

I agree of course; keep up the fight.

Was a little worried going into today’s sessions…was afraid it was going to be a **shit show.**Right hip all day was giving me weird signals out of the blue. Luckily , once I got things warmed up things went alright.

Squat: single set 395 x 10… considering the goal was only 3 or slightly above for the day I think I can be content with that.

GM’s: 3 x 8 @ SW
Step ups: 3 x 10 @ SW
Band Abductions : 3 x 20 Decided maybe it was a smart idea putting these back in as some pre hab
AB wheel: 3 x 10

Ugh… Heat index hovering around 100 today with the humidity through the roof at work and home.Probably on how I was feeling should have held off a day . But the would imply I actually had functioning grey matter. Based on how I was feeling before this session and now might be suffering from Heat exhaustion.

Heavy Bench Day

Bench: worked up to 375 x 1 seriously this felt like 50 lbs more I had to grind it up.
5 x 3 x 335… again had too really dig to get these in, my ass was really dragging

Incline Bench:( swiss bar) 30/3 X 220 TR 32
Lying Tri extensions: 25/2 @ 120 TR 2 …yes only two on the first set after the second rep my triceps both went into spasms .:cold_sweat: Pretty good sign I was done , finished with some face pulls
Face pulls : 5 x 10 @ SW

Not going to play Macho… I feel like Hell at the moment.

Looking strong!

That being the key word…unfortunately looking and being are different things at the moment.

Wasnt as freaking bad heat wise today at work…BUT was feeling the effects from yesterday. Calves were cramping from time to time along with slight muscle spams in certain areas. Felt Nausea a good portion of the day with general fatigue with a minor headache. Well the signs are pointing to Heat exhaustion and apparently the recovery window is 24 to 48 hours depending on the severity.

Since you are feeling bad I won’t give any shit today, but as soon as you’re feeling better…

Well Felt better today not 100% but better…

Trap Bar Deads: Auto regulated slightly and worked up to Heavy but not hard 500 along with 3 back off sets.

Pendlay Rows: 20 x 3 @ Sw TR 23
GHR: 3 x 10… yippy no extra assistance needed getting the feel back for these
Standing Band crunches: 5 x 10

Well crap… I realized tonight if Im going to stay with Trap Bar Deads I will have to purchase one of the types with longer sleeves.

Easy there big boy!

Unfortunately I dont have that issue…
