Treadmill 7 minutes

Block deads: 8 x 1 @ 85% 60-90 second intervals. They did not feel heavy but I sure was NOT owning them either.Got the urge of going back to the floor after I finish up this cycle.

One arm DB rows: 30/3 @ 153 Total reps 26… Have not really done these with much weight as of late so I really had to put in some effort with these today.

Shrugs: worked up to a top set of 5
Kettle Bell swings : 3 x 15 @ SW
Standing Band crunches: 5 x 10

It was a so so session was not garbage but it didn’t feel great, ass was dragging.

Have not had any pasta in weeks… decided to cook lasagna for dinner for the wife tonight. Which I plan on actually eating. Oh boy I will be a bloated mess in the morning.

In spades no less. Any pasta.

Speed Bench: Did a over warm up before hand
8 x 3 @ 225 plus 80lbs of chain (deload on bottom) Ok speed … not as much pop off the chest as I wanted

Standing OHP ;(swiss bar) 145 x 5/5/8 up the weight next week

Neutral grip Pull ups: a few
Bulldozer Laterals : 2 x 10 @ SW
EZ Bar curls : 25/3 @ SW TR 22…guess it stays the same next week
Alternate DB Curls : 25/2 @ SW Tr 23

Sure is a lot of curling going on in this log. But that’s none of my business.:smirk:
