Im thinking after doing this Meet spending some time away from the approach Ive been using for TOO long. Thinking of giving Conjugate method a try again … Which I tried a long time ago and didnt have a good handle on the proper feel for the base principles behind it at the time. Bounced the idea off my acquaintance whom has some experience since he done some training over at Westside so he has a decent grasp of the approach. His suggestion is to run the method in the offseason …

As for felling like shit for no apparent reason… I think there’s something about the mid-40s where that just becomes a thing. All of a sudden you have a crappy series of days out of nowhere and then it goes away.
